The GreenLifePack is a new packaging process for club Stores and all retail stores which replaces plastic clamshells with paperboard-blister hybrid packaging.

It can be made of 100% post-consumer RPET (recycled polyester) form fitted blister embedded between two SBS cards completely sealed around the perimeter to prevent moisture absorption.

A die-cut E flute sheet is placed in the middle to provide strength and rigidity.

Great surface area for high graphic printing.

Recyclability

RPET plastic and paper board components can easily separated and recycled.
